When you take notes into the right hand like this, you must be able to differentiate between the melody and the accompaniment. (If you can’t do that, it’s not going to sound good no matter what fingering you use!)

Concerning the three lower voices: as a rule, voices that don’t move are less interesting and should be subdued, while voices that move are more interesting and can be brought out a little.
